Privacy
Privacy policy for the localhostWorks website.
Last updated: October 2, 2026
This policy covers the localhostWorks website, which is run by localhostWorks, a game studio in the United States. The site is static. It sets no cookies, runs no scripts, loads nothing from other companies’ servers, and has no analytics, advertising, forms, or accounts.
What we receive
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it to reply and to deal with what you wrote about. We do not sell it or give it to anyone else for their own use. It is stored with our email provider, and we keep it for as long as we need it to handle your message and keep a record of the conversation.
Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and operational reasons. We do not use those logs to identify visitors.
Cookies and tracking
The site sets no cookies and does not track you across sites or over time. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising. Because of that, there is nothing here for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off. If that changes, this page will be updated first.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. In practice that is the email you have sent us.
We are in the United States, so if you write to us from another country, your message is handled here.
Where European Union or United Kingdom data protection law applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in answering people who contact us and in keeping the site secure. You can object to that use, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Third parties
Pages may link to other sites and services. Those have their own privacy policies.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated.
